Dates of Play: October 17-19, 2014
Events: women's singles, men's singles, women's doubles, men's doubles, mixed doubles
Entry Deadline: Limited to first 110 entrants (wait list after 110)
Early Entry Deadline (which includes tee shirt) September 1,2014
Final Entry Deadline Oct.10 and payment deadline (no tee shirt)
Wait list entries will fill in for any non payments on Oct,10,2014
Entry Fees: Entry Fees are $25 for the first event and $10 for each additional event.

Format of Play: USAPA rules apply. Double elimination. 3 matches guaranteed. A coin flip will determine first choice of service or side. If the winner chooses to serve or receive, the loser picks starting side. If the winner chooses starting side, the loser chooses to serve or receive. Doubles matches will consist of best 2 out of 3 games to 11, switch sides on 3rd game at 6 points, win by 2. Single will be the only event that has an age division of under/over 50. Singles matches will be 1 game to 15, switch sides at 8 points, win by 2. Mixed Doubles start play Sunday. Men's and Women's Doubles play Saturday. Men's and Women's Singles play Friday. All players must be ready to play 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
Awards: Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in each division.
Officiating: This will be a USAPA Sanctioned tournament. You will be required to officiate some games. When you are scheduled to play, the loser of your match will referee the next match on that court. You will be officiating a game that will be close to your skill level. We are looking for volunteers to referee the first games of the day so please check the box below. The first games of the day will be assigned and clearly marked on the brackets. Failure to officiate your assigned match can result in a forfeit of your next match.

Skills: This is a skills tournament. Players can play up to a higher skill rating but not down. Your USAPA skill level rating will be used. Players without a USAPA designated rating must indicate their skill level based on the International Federation of Pickleball (IFP) SKILL RATING DESCRIPTIONS. The IFP skill rating descriptions can be found at http://ipickleball.org/ratings/IFP_ratings_descriptions.html
Hotel Accomadations: Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center is the official hotel sponsor for the Branson Sports Club. $59.99 plus tax / including full hot breakfast buffet. Mention Branson Sports Club.
